About the owners
Located in Stapleton, Four Friends Kitchen was started by a group of four friends who decided to pursue their passion for food and opened a restaurant. Their restaurant focuses on southern cuisine. They serve brunch and lunch on weekends and weekdays. They were very successful at their first location in Stapleton, but they decided to close it in order to focus on their second location. Their new restaurant, which will be located on University Boulevard, will have the same concept as the original Stapleton restaurant.
While the owners of Four Friends Kitchen have enjoyed success at both locations, they’ve had a hard time maintaining skilled kitchen staff. Because of this, they have decided to hire more skilled chefs. They have also had to find new ways to pay their staff because the economy has changed. They hope to open their second location before the end of the summer.
The owners of Four Friends Kitchen hope to make the restaurant a comfortable, welcoming place for families. They describe their food as contemporary American comfort food. They have an extensive children’s area, and they serve Southern dishes.
